In the sports and music world, often the greatest moments in history are the least expected. 'Improv-Ice' on September 25 at Budweiser Events Center takes this idea to an exciting level with top Olympic, World and National Figure Skating Champions by putting their creativity and athletic prowess to the ultimate test of performance under pressure, in a nationally televised, on-the-spot show.
Hosted by Olympic Champions, Brian Boitano and Kristi Yamaguchi, 'Improv-Ice' will include a star-studded cast of Olympic medalists to create one-of-a-kind routines in just a matter of hours. The skaters will not get to hear any of the music before the day of the show and will have to choreograph their own numbers without the assistance of any coach or choreographer. In addition to Boitano and Yamaguchi hosting the show, skaters that will be featured in this event include:

A nationally known classic rock group Foreigner will provide live music for each skater in the show throughout the night and will be featured in the finale of Improv-Ice with the entire cast. Improv-Ice has been sanctioned by the U.S. Figure Skating Association.

Kenny Rogers, the man who coined the phrase, "You've got to know when to hold em', and know when to fold em'," is coming to Budweiser Events Center October 12, at 7:30 p.m. Rogers will be celebrating over a half-century in country music during his stop in Loveland with his 'First 50 Years Tour'.
Kenny Rogers has won three Grammy Awards, 11 People's Choice Awards, 18 American Music Awards, eight Academy of Country Music Awards and five Country Music Association Awards. Rogers legendary hit list includes "The Gambler", "Lucille", "Ruby Don't Take Your Love to Town," and "Coward of the County". "I really, really love what I'm doing," Rogers says. "People survive longer if they love what they're doing. Because you just don't quit."

Cirque du Soleil swings into Loveland as the critically-acclaimed production Alegría comes to Budweiser Events Center at The Ranch for eight performances from January 26-30.
Alegría is a Cirque du Soleil classic and an internationally acclaimed production that has entertained more than 10 million people worldwide since its world premiere in Montreal in 1994. In May 2009, Alegría embarked on a new journey, performing the same mesmerizing production, but now in arenas throughout North Ametrica, giving more people the opportunity to enjoy a Cirque du Soleil show in their own town.
Alegría is a Spanish word that means happiness, joy and jubilation and features an international cast of 55 performers and musicians from 17 countries and showcases breathtaking acrobatics. Acts include the Synchro Trapeze and the intense and high-energy Aerial High Bars in which daring aerialists fly to catchers swinging more than 40 feet above the stage. The vibrancy of youth is alive in Power Track, a brilliant display of synchronized choreography and tumbling on a trampoline system hidden under the stage floor. In Russian Bars, artists fly through the air and perform spectacular somersaults and mid-air turns, landing on bars perched on the sturdy shoulders of catchers.
