WINDSOR, Colo. – The Colorado Eagles, along with the rest of the ECHL’s clubs, have announced the 2016-17 regular season schedule.
The ECHL features a 72-game regular season, with each team playing 36 games at home and 36 on the road. The home portion of the schedule will feature 10 different teams playing at the Budweiser Events Center, including several teams who will be making their first appearance at the BEC.
The Rapid City Rush, South Carolina Stingrays, Reading Royals, Orlando Solar Bears, Idaho Steelheads, Wichita Thunder, Allen Americans, Utah Grizzlies, Alaska Aces, and Tulsa Oilers will all face the Eagles next season at the Budweiser Events Center.
Colorado will travel to the East Coast for their first ever game against the South Carolina Stingrays, as well as their initial appearance at Glens Falls Civic Center against the Adirondack Thunder. The Eagles will also travel for meetings against the Rapid City Rush, Wichita Thunder, Tulsa Oilers, Allen Americans, Alaska Aces, Utah Grizzlies and Idaho Steelheads.

The Eagles will travel a total of 32,002 miles during the season, which is equivalent to traveling around the world 1.28 times
Greatest distance traveled for one opponent – Alaska (3,138 miles)
Rapid City and Alaska visit the Budweiser Events Center the most during the regular season – 7 times each
