Performs the set up and changeover of the arena event to event, to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule and tenant contractual specifications and requirement.
Responsible for complete facility changeover as required by the event schedule and facility guidelines.
Performs operation of heavy equipment and machinery.
Assist with emergency repairs to arena equipment to ensure the success of the changeover.
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
Have a high school diploma, GED, or related trade school training; valid Colorado driver’s license
Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with other staff.
Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual.
Knowledge of general tools necessary to perform changeovers in the arena.
Be a self-starter; have ability to take directions; and be able to work in small and large groups to complete required task within time constraints and in a safe manner.
Be able to lift and carry equipment and supplies of up to 150 pounds on a regular basis.
Willing to work a flexible schedule, mainly nights, weekends and extra hours as needed; and work in varying weather conditions.
Technical license preferred.

Physical Demands: While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee constantly moves about the event site before/during/after events and lifts, pulls, holds, pushes and places heavy objects; constantly is required to exchange accurate information verbally.
Work environment: The essential functions of this position are usually performed indoors and occasionally outdoors in the weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environments is usually moderate to loud to during events and when setting up/breaking down equipment, and minimal during non-events and when not setting up/breaking down equipment.
