The last time you came by the Budweiser Events Center, you were probably greeted with “How You Doin’? or you saw a staff member wearing a sticker with the phrase on it. It may seem like a simple question, but “How you doin’?” is more than that.
The Budweiser Events Center has been on board with the program since its inception and recognizes its employees who excel in this customer service initiative with prizes and rewards. This acknowledgment of employee excellence comes from many sources including customers and other employees. By going above and beyond, employees earn cards that are entered into a monthly drawing for prizes. We also feature a variety of our donation partners in our “How You Doin’?” newsletter that goes out to our nearly 200 employees every month.
